My russian blue male and female cats Whisky and Tinker love their new pet snowy food dispenser. We also have the pet snowy water fountain which they also love and the cat litter machine. I love the food dispenser because i can plan their meal times whilst im at work and can give them an additional feed through the app if i'm going to be home later than planned. The litter tray is a god send, it is so easy to use and has saved us so much time and effort and is much more hygienic especially in the heat. I would recommend all of these appliances, we have saved up and purchased them over time and are glad we did.
The only reason this is a four out of five star review, Is because you have no idea the amount that comes out for one portion and you have to test it out, But other than that, the automatic pet feeder is so simple to set up so easy and it has made life a lot easier because if I’m not home or I’m sleeping and it’s my baby is feeding time I don’t want him to go hungry so it’s absolutely amazing and my baby is a little bit of a feral one and he isn’t even able to get into the inside part where the food is to get more which is fantastic!!! 🤩🤩

I love being able to schedule the number of servings and also the scheduled times. My cat hears the food dispensing and runs to eat the food. Since the food dispenser is networked to my WiFi, it sends me notifications and notifies me when it is offline. I recommend this feeder.
I got the PetSnowy litter box, automatic feeder, and water fountain — and I’m very satisfied! My cats were unsure at first, especially with the litter box, but now they love everything.
The feeder and water fountain work great and make daily care much easier. The only downside is that the litter box can leave a bit of odor
I got the Deluxe bundle with the cat box, water fountain and feeder (I forgot to add those to my cat box review) but I ordered an extra feeder to my order. So I have two, I figured that would be easier with my two cats since they like their own bowls.
I love these! They are so great, you put them together (very easy) fill them up and plug them in. Same with the water fountain.
The app makes it so easy to add feeding times and I have a couple of snack times in between, so they never go hungry and when I'm not home in time to feed them it does it for me. So they never miss a meal time. I love that I can add myself with the feed now feature on my app as well.
Everytime it let's out food it tings the silver bowl and they come running! It's easy to remove the like bowl to clean when needed.

My kitties love the sound of their next feeding being dispensed! Sometime I just go in there to send a 1-feeding out so I can watch them scurry like its a treat! I love the convience of knowing they are always fed and helps in keeping them more on a routine rather than nibbling all the time. I have found they are now eating much better too!
I had trouble setting up Wi-Fi on other automatic feeders, so I decided to try this one. It was a great choice! The app is easy to use and has a cute design. Each portion dispenses about 10 grams of food.
Great! I started using it as soon as I got it. I tried it out with kibble, small pieces, and freeze-dried food, and it didn't jam at all. It's so smooth and I love it!

It was a little hard to set up to Wi-Fi but I got it to work support said they will help me if I ever had future issues and they were quick to respond I love it it's going to be perfect for what I need it for and it seems to work quite well I like the feed now option
This thing works great and is very well built. It is easy to clean and maintain. The only issue I have, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is you are limited to a certain number of schedules that you can setup for feedings.
We have 5 cats, I want to be able to drop some food every 5 hours. I have tried to set it where it will feed more during the times I can schedule but I get blockages all the time. Which is one design flaw, when you can set it to 16 portion feedings but it jams at 7 portions.
This is a great product, the apps is great and works very well. The one feature request I would want it to be able to adjust the schedule when it is offline. If it looses internet then it will not allow you to queue up schedule changes.
Worked great for the year it was under warranty about a month ago despite proper cleanings and maintenance it will not dispense food and clogs constantly. Has become incredibly unreliable a d we will be looking for something else since this just won't keep working. Bummed because it was my favorite but something like this should last longer than a year.
It would be nice if I could use the button to do a feed between automatic feedings. If it's supposed to work then my feeder isn't working correctly. If that is normal then they should set it up to work that way.
The bowl doesnt hold to the food container very well, the cat often remove it. The cover would need more of a cat proof latch, the cat flipped it to the side and managed to get it opened… apart from that works great
