Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 33 reviews.
Incredible little machine. I have four cats and change the bag maybe every 4 days or so. More than once a week but it might take 5 days to fill. They all use it no problem but I didn’t use the front panel lid. We have had this about 3 months and it took less than a week for all cats to use it. I don’t have a second litter box set up anymore and there is no smell at all. The litter for the most part stays inside which is huge as most cat owners know. Some still comes out but not much at all. It’s very quiet and a life changing purchase. They could double the cost and still be well worth it. It doesn’t always stay connected to the app which is annoying but that’s the only con so far.
I love this bundle pack! Huge life saver especially when I’m in a tight budget!
Been a customer of PetSnowy for a couple years now. Love their products.
The cats love their new litter box, and I love the ease of use. It helps keep track of their weight too.
So far loving out Pet snowy.
Came on time and packaged properly
Always happy with the product but this time my product came in two separate packages so they didn't arrive at the same time. This was fine but for a while I thought i only received half of what I ordered. The second part of the package came a few weeks later.
Recently purchased this litter system and love it!! Our cat took to the new litter box without any hesitation. Placed order for replacement air fresheners and litter bags and all was received in good order!
Fast delivery
Ordered combo items which arrived separately with proper communication from your side. I was wondering where my order was when the separate shipments should have been explained upfront
The scent packs never came but I emailed the company and they sent new ones out right away
Solid product, helps cover the smell, thanks!
Ordered just in time for the liners. I really like this scent vs the other one I tried. So I'm looking forward to using it again. I appreciate how easy everything is. Thank you for making my life so much easier.
We love PetSnowy and how quickly we received our order! When there was a question, the representative reached out and then responded quickly. Thank you for providing a great product as well as great service!
Love the automatic kitty litter cleaner
I like the overall concept. The drum that turns inside is loose and scares the cats, but they must be getting used to it. The refill bags and deodorizers are too expensive, but we're stuck and we have to buy them.
Celine from the PetSnowy team remedied the situation when my order would not be issued for over a month due to stock issues - she sent my order in separate parts and went the extra mile to make the situation right, fantastic service.
The bags are very handy to use.
I absolutely LOVE this cat box and don't mind paying for the refills for it! Everything works perfectly and smells fantastic with the white fragrance!
Love how clean our pet snowy is
Great
When I FINALLY received the order (took 2 months and contacting the company multiple times) I absolutely love my PetSnowy. Was pretty disappointed in the fact that it took 2 months after being charged for the order to receive it though
Speedy delivery
Exactly what I needed!
Great customer service
I received my order on time! Always a good experience
Love the PetSnowy. Believe me, I did the research first. I was a little disappointed with the bags resupply order being out of stock. But, I can totally understand why. Good system. Thank-you.
Good value package for our litter box.
A qualche mese dall’acquisto della mia lettiera posso dire che è life-changing. Voto 10
I´m very satisfied. It is perfect. I love it and my cat also.
