Theo loves it so much that we now have two litter boxes. Privacy when using the potty!! The biggest benefit for me: less tracking of litter all over the place. And it‘s a bonus only having to change the bag every three days or so as opposed to scooping every day. Also, the support team is great, should you have any issues. Great company, great product!

Ho preso lettiera, fontanella e purificatore. Tutto top! Zero odori, meno peli in giro e aria pulita e profumata. La fontanella non tutti la usano ancora ma va molto bene. La lettiera riesce ad usarla, e non ci avrei mai creduto, anche il mio maine coon di 13 kg! L'unico appunto che faccio è che la pesa della lettiera lascia un po' a desiderare, non riconosce sempre i miei gatti perchè secondo me non li tara bene e quindi a volte mi trovo " gatto sconosciuto è entrato a fare le sue cosine" per cui non so mai esattamente chi fa cosa.
It took me some time to have it up and running as specified, and it was quite a learning experience. The most important thing is how you put in the litter bag. I had originally placed it up and over the bar, so I was dealing with smells throughout my home, which was discouraging me from the product. It is a very large unit that takes up a lot of space, so you have to have a home that can manage the space required for it. My cat took to it right away and he has had no issues with it whatsoever. He spends a lot of time in there because he is very finicky; he likes to clean up his mess himself and he is very particular, like I said. The machine always has a lovely story about him hanging around in the unit. I like the little messages and find them comical. It is nice not to have the daily cleaning, and it is great not to have the smell. Once the bag is full, it is quite simple to just remove it from the unit and put it out in the garbage. It really does work quite well.
Best thing !!! Took about a week to get used to it as my boys are very resistant to change. Kept it opened and unplugged as on instructions for a week. Once they were using it like this we put the cover on and plugged it. We are all happy now 😀😍
I’m so pleased with the Pet Snowy self-cleaning litter box! My kitten, Orla, took to it really quickly, and it’s made life so much easier. It keeps itself clean and helps keep bad odours locked away. I love knowing Orla always has a fresh, clean litter tray. It’s definitely been worth the investment, and I’d happily recommend it to other cat owners!
I've been using the PetSnowy litter box for a while now, and it's honestly made such a difference. It's quiet, keeps odors under control, and my cat adapted to it much faster than I expected. Definitely one of the best investments I've made for my pet! 🐱✨
To be honest, there are pros and cons to this litter box. I am going with four stars because it definitely is a major upgrade from my former cheap litter robot, but it definitely isn’t perfect for such a high price (but truthfully nothing is perfect). It covers up the litter scent VERY well. I live in a smaller home, so my cat’s litter boxes have been in my office. This litter robot has been life changing when it comes to covering up the smell, especially since I work in the same room as it. Due to the flowery scent it blows after cleaning, the litter box even smells GOOD now which was very surprising. Litter tracking has almost been cut down completely. I honestly wasn’t expecting the design to help with litter tracking as much as it did, but I have noticed little to no litter granules around the box. This used to be a big issue for me with other brands, so every morning I would walk into my office and it felt like the room was a sand box. Pet Snowy has been life changing in that regard as well. Now what we really want to know is the cons to purchasing this litter box. The main issue I have is the price and cleaning cycle, because truthfully the litter cleaning aspect of it isn’t crazy innovative compared to other litter robots. It smears just as much as other litter robots, so I’m still finding that I am having to do a deep clean just as often as I used to. Today, when I was checking the litter level I noticed some intense smearing had occurred, so I popped off the top and removed the globe completely. In doing so I discovered the rotating globe somehow had soft poo on the underside of it, which of course was pretty yucky. Although, this litter box was so good at covering the scent that I had been completely oblivious to it. This is my only issue with it so far, but it’s pretty comparable to other litter robots. I do like that the design is a closed box so I do not have to visually see a dirty litter box everyday, I only have to whenever I open it up to clean and add litter.
Love my new PetSnowy! I have two older cats and it did take some time for them to adjust (both females). One took to it quickly after we put away their old litter box (we had both out for about a week before putting away the old one) but the other one took a few more days. She’s still adjusting to it but taking to it smoothly. She only had one accident outside the litter box so far. She is also a “high pee-er” so her first time she got it on the mat but it was easy to clean. Looking forward to both of them fully adjusting but other than that, the house no longer smells like cat pee or poop!

Since using the PetSnowy automatic litter box, keeping the house clean has become so much easier. La verdad muy contento. Tengo dos gatos grandes (6,5 y 7kg) y caben sin problema. Es más fácil de limpiar y de rellenar arena que otros en el mercado. La gestión del olor es buena, que es algo que también me tenía mosca. Ninguna queja por ahora, la verdad. La app es muy básica, eso sí, pero realmente no necesito más.
I have two cats and they both started using it instantly. So far no issues and works like a charm. The entrance is quite tight, so bigger cats might have an issue, but for my cats it suits nicely (~5kg). Very silent, compared to my previous litter robot 3, also enclosed globe causes less dust to float around the room. Would be nice if litter tray had a bit more height. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I have a brand-new Maine coon kitten, and he is very slowly getting used to the PetSnowy, but it’s not as easy as I thought it would be. He comes from a home with the Robo litter box so he’s used to the automation, but obviously this one is different. I really like the design, it’s very quiet and after a couple of weeks, I have no issues.

Estou muito satisfeito com esta caixa automática. A qualidade de construção é excelente e nota-se claramente atenção ao detalhe em praticamente todos os aspetos do produto. O design é moderno, elegante e muito bem pensado, integrando-se perfeitamente em casa sem parecer um acessório “pesado” ou industrial. A desodorização é extremamente eficaz. Mesmo tendo quatro gatos, os odores ficam muito bem controlados, desde que a manutenção normal seja feita corretamente. No meu caso, despejo o saco da gaveta uma vez por dia (a cada 24h) para garantir máxima eficácia, e funciona perfeitamente. A gaveta inferior veda muito bem os cheiros e o sistema de limpeza mantém tudo bastante higiénico. Os ciclos automáticos de limpeza estão muito bem ajustados e a caixa é surpreendentemente silenciosa. Aliás, foi tão silenciosa durante a noite que tive de ativar o modo noturno porque praticamente nem se ouvia a funcionar. A tampa superior é extremamente leve e prática para fazer manutenção rápida ou aspirar o interior quando necessário. Outro ponto muito positivo é a zona do tapete anti-rasto, que está realmente muito bem pensada e ajuda bastante a reduzir a sujidade no exterior. No entanto, como utilizo uma areia de mandioca muito leve, ainda existe algum rasto fora da caixa. Acredito que com areias ultra aglomerantes mais tradicionais (como bentonite) esse problema praticamente não exista. A adaptação dos meus gatos foi extremamente rápida. Tenho quatro gatos e todos começaram a utilizar a caixa logo nos primeiros dias sem qualquer dificuldade. Como são curiosos, aderiram muito rapidamente ao sistema, o que me surpreendeu bastante pela positiva. Apesar de ter quatro gatos, a caixa consegue servir perfeitamente todos eles no dia a dia. O software é muito fácil de utilizar e bastante intuitivo, mas ainda pode evoluir bastante. A aplicação funciona bem, porém não ter idioma em português é uma limitação importante para mim e foi um dos fatores que me levou a atribuir 4 estrelas em vez de 5. Outro ponto a melhorar é a identificação automática dos animais. Quando existem gatos com pesos semelhantes, o sistema por vezes faz confusão entre eles. Também notei que, quando os gatos entram e saem muito rapidamente (menos de 20 segundos), o sistema nem sempre consegue identificar corretamente a utilização. Ainda assim, no geral, estou muito satisfeito com o produto. É uma caixa extremamente silenciosa, eficaz no controlo de odores, fácil de manter e claramente desenvolvida com atenção à experiência do utilizador. Vejo muito potencial futuro no software e acredito que os programadores ainda conseguem melhorar bastante algumas funcionalidades inteligentes da aplicação. No balanço geral, correspondeu claramente às minhas necessidades e recomendo sem hesitação.

Die Katzentoilette ist wirklich ein Traum! Zuerst waren meine Katzen etwas skeptisch, gerade mit dem Eingangsbereich wussten sie nicht so recht, was das sein soll, aber jetzt nach 1-2 Wochen wird die Toilette wirklich regelmäßig genutzt und sie ist einfach ein Traum. Sie reinigt sich super von selber neutralisiert. Alle Gerüche ist super leise, und der Abfallbehälter hat wirklich sehr viel Platz. Darf ich jetzt zehn Katzen bei uns zu Hause haben? Ist das auch mal toll eine Toilette nur alle 2-3 Tage lernen zu müssen🌸
it’s a big upgrade from our previous self cleaning litter box. both cats adjusted to the new one within a day. its design keeps litter tracking to the bare minimum. I appreciate how the litter bag holds a lot, and we can go for more than a week (with 2 cats), before emptying the trash(poo) bag. the built in deodorizer is a nice touch, and the app is intuitive. so far would recommend to friends and family alike!

Lo uso da una settimana e mi ha già cambiato la vita! Non ha prezzo pulirlo una volta alla settimana. Con due gatto di 4 kg Ora la casa non puzza più come prima. C'è l'ho in camera e l'odore è pari a zero. Unica pecca è che la fragranza quando si attiva resta a lungo.. non ho ancora capito quanto perché l'ho fermata con l'applicazione

Great for one cat, the other cat refuses to use it. The thing that stops the used liter mixing in with the clean liter is not that good. I also feel like you can’t use your own liter as it’s very particular.
