May 8, 2024 and still strong I wouldn’t change this water fountain gives and maintains clean water at all times . when we are not at home this automatic pet feeder robot feeds our cats right on time and when they are ready to use the powder self cleaning litter box sensing robot collects everything and locks all odors under a compartment and automatically fresh air circulates inside with a PetSnowy robertet fragrance all perfect .!

Had an issue with a previous fountain that was out of warranty already. Support was super helpful and we are back in business.

Everything was good except the top mount. Somehow it is a little crooked and the water doesn’t flow evenly when it reaches the top. But it’s a small note, nothing to worry. Cats are drinking from it but not as much as I expected.

A fonte é extremamente silenciosa, conecta se muito facilmente à App e controla se através da mesma de forma muito intuitiva. O apoio ao cliente é muito bom e sempre disponíveis para ajudar é resolver as questões que surjam. Recomendo vivamente!
I’m very happy with the Petsnow pet water fountain. It runs quietly, keeps the water fresh and clean all the time. My cat was a bit hesitant at first, but quickly got used to it and now drinks only from this fountain. The design is sleek, it’s easy to set up, and very simple to clean. A reliable and practical product for pet owners.
The water fountain was easy to assemble and works great. I like that it has a filter that is replaceable. My cat drinks more water since getting this fountain. I recommend people purchasing this fountain.
I got the PetSnowy litter box, automatic feeder, and water fountain — and I’m very satisfied! My cats were unsure at first, especially with the litter box, but now they love everything. The feeder and water fountain work great and make daily care much easier. The only downside is that the litter box can leave a bit of odor

Einwandfrei. Tolle Qualität. Mittlerweile habe ich alles von Petsnowy. Meine Katzen lieben den Brunnen und das Wasser bleibt lange frisch durch den Filter und mögen das fließende Wasser, dadurch trinken sie nun auch mehr. :)
Habe meine Wasserstationen für die Katzen getauscht und seitdem hat sich ihr trink verhalten Posetiv verändert und vorallen die Optik ist schon passender zur Wohnungseinrichtung meinerseits. Super Gerät,nur empfehlenswert

Der Trinkbrunnen ist klasse! Meine Katze hat ihr auch echt schnell angenommen! Die Höhe ist ebenfalls ideal und auf dem "Deckel" bleibt ausreichend Wasser zurück. Der letzte Stern fehlt, da keine Filter nachbestellbar sind. Weder direkt beim Hersteller noch bei Händlern. Wenn das Produkt eingestellt wird, dann bitte eine Info und nicht einfach verkaufen ohne Ersatzfilter anzubieten!

Está bien aunque mi gato prefiere la que ya tiene sin cables y donde el chorro le da juego: esta casi no tiene chorro para divertirse y jugar

Plus points: Came very very quickly. Easy to set up. There is a USB C style plug to power it. This is long enough to plug into a standard height plug and have the device below. Cleaning is a breeze. Setting up in the app was also easy. Water level is very clear to see both when filling and when it is in use. Filters are easy to rinse and keep clean. No app, no worries the filter has a counter on the right side with a separate button to view remaining life. There is a mark in the corner of each piece so you can get it all lined up correctly. No need to unplug to fill/clean as it uses the round kettle style electrical connection point so just pick it up and take it to where it needs to go. There is a dowel to stop it rotating on you/your pets. It's a good height for our cats Bad points/needs some improvement: Filters seem to be specific 133x133mm with an added core. Lights stay on when running. Not sure why we can't play with timings. They offer all off, all on and 3min on 1 min off. Probably too high for small kittens/puppies.
